An end of tenancy clean, also known as a 'move out clean' refers to a complete professional deep clean of your rented property on or after the day you move out and prior to the new tenants moving in. It does not include any maintenance such as painting, decorating etc.

How long should an end of tenancy clean take?

A clean will take from 3-6 hours and there is no set time as a deep clean lasts as long as it takes for all tasks to be completed.
